Atty. Magdalena Lepiten is the senior partner who has been in practice for more than 18 years and Atty. Fionah Bojos is the junior partner who has been a paralegal of the Lepiten Law Office for eight years before passing the bar examination given on 2007. Atty. Magdalena Lepiten is a practicing lawyer for more than 18 years.  She is the Senior partner of the recently incorporated partnership Lepiten and Bojos Law Office.

For the last eight years, she is in private practice focusing in Business Law and Family Law. She has already assisted foreign corporations who wished to operate here in the Philippines inside PEZA accredited zones or buildings. The Law Office is a retainer of small and medium sized businesses inside PEZA accredited areas and Atty. Magdalena Lepiten is the board secretary of some of these companies. She acts as the lawyer retainer of these companies and renders legal advise on labor laws, corporate taxes, PEZA registration, and lease negotiation and agreement on PEZA accredited buildings.
On Family Law, the Law Office has handled more than a hundred cases involving petition for nullity of marriage. Atty. Anna Fionah L. Bojos recently took her oath of office on April 29, 2008 after passing the Philippine Bar Examinations last September, 2007.  She graduated from the University of Cebu with a degree of Bachelor of Laws on March 30, 2007 and was awarded Cum Laude and Salutatorian honors.

While studying law at the University of Cebu, she worked as a paralegal of  Atty. Magdalena M. R. Lepiten for four years, learning  law in actual practice.  more...
